Did you know ?
Saint-Saphorin was already inhabited in Roman times. The church's bell tower, its alleyways and its walled vineyards make this one of the most iconic places in Lavaux. The village takes its name from Bishop Marius, who named it in tribute to “Saint Symphorien”.
