Did you know ?

“Oeil-de-Perdrix” refers to a Swiss wine, exclusively made from Pinot Noir. With a few exceptions, the vast majority of grapes produce white juice. A wine’s colour, be it rosé or red, comes from the grape’s skin. The longer the juice macerates with the skin, the darker the rosé will be.
