Did you know ?
Pinot Noir is a grape variety that originated in Burgundy and arrived in Switzerland in the 18th century. It quickly acclimatised to its new home and is now the country's most planted red grape variety. It is also worth noting that Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris are just different colour variations of the same vine variety.
