Notes

A fruity, fleshy and rich wine. Grown in a clayey, deep soil that lends the wine flint notes when young, typical of this distinctive terroir.

Pairing

- Aperitifs
- Lake and sea fish, grilled, fried or with a sauce
- Fresh, soft and hard cheeses
- Cheese based dishes e.g. fondue, raclette and croûtes (bread topped with melted cheese)

Did you know ?

Nestled between the village of Epesses and Lake Geneva, Calamin is the smallest vineyard in the Lavaux appellations. Along with Dézaley, it is the only one in the Vaud canton to bear the title “Grand Cru”.
